It is a village tucked away in the trees along the sparkling Aegean coast on the South side of the island. The village consists mostly of beach bars, cafes, restaurants and hotels, obviously just a Summer holiday spot that delightfully caters to its visitors and guests. It is a quiet place to visit that has everything one needs for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The beach is large with mostly sand and pebble, crystal-clear water and even water sports. Families love to bring their children because of the calm and nature of the area, which provides for a perfect family holidays. |

 The beach is clean and the water very clear | The village of Limenaria is just 2.5 kilometres Northwest from here where you can spend the day shopping in town or explore the old mine area of Metalia. Go in the other direction and you can reach Potos just 1.5 kilometres Southeast from here, where you can spend an evening enjoying the most lively nightlife that Thassos has to offer.

Zdravo svima, Pefkari je divno mesto na tasosu gde su svi smestaji na plazi. Pesaka se stize za 5-10 min do Potosa a za 20-30min do Limenarije. Postoje autobusi koji kruze oko ostrva i na taj nacin mozete obici prelepe plaze.Samo mesto se zove Pefkari sto u prevodu znaci 'borova suma', tako da budite sigurni da ce te i po mirisu imati onaj carobni dozivljaj morskog odmora. Plaza je sljunkovita a voda je postepeno duboka tako da je pogodno i za malu decu a i za odrasle. Postoji jedna radnjica mada je najbolje za snabdevanje da se prosetate do Potosa. Kako je Pefkari malo mesto tako nema guzve.Postoje vodene aktivnosti kao sto je ronjenje, skijanje na vodi ...
