My name is Panagiotis, and I’m the captain of Giannos Island Cruises. I grew up on this island, and I’ve spent most of my life on the sea that surrounds it. Now, I have the pleasure of sharing these waters with small groups of visitors who want to see Thassos in the most memorable way—from the deck of a boat, with the sun on your skin and the sound of the waves beneath you.
Our boat holds up to 10 people, and each cruise is private—just you, your family or friends, and the sea. No schedules, no rush. Before we set off, we’ll talk about the kind of experience you’re looking for, and I’ll help you plan a custom itinerary for the day. Want to swim in hidden coves, explore quiet beaches, or stop at a seaside taverna for lunch? We can do it. Prefer a peaceful day soaking in the views with your favorite playlist in the background? That works too.
Some of my favorite places to take people include the marble-white sands of Saliara, the natural rock pool of Giola, and the ancient sanctuary of Aliki. But honestly, the best part is discovering the small, quiet corners of the island that you’d never find without a boat.
This isn’t a tour. It’s your day. I’m just here to make it smooth, safe, and unforgettable.
