This beautiful and modern 3-bedroom maisonette is only a 5 minute stroll from Golden Beach and Skala Potamia's village center. It is located in a small, cozy development which has become an international community where local Thassians and internationals spend their summer holidays or live all year round. The island's ring road is located just around the corner from this development and offers quick and easy access to the rest of Thassos island and its many beautiful villages and beaches.

The maisonette is very spacious and has three bedrooms over three floors. The lower ground floor provides a large bedroom, the first floor has the kitchen, dining and living area, and a shower and toilet. The lounge opens to a roomy balcony which is sufficiently large to enable outdoor eating. The top floor has two bedrooms, a full-size bathroom and toilet and a balcony to the front with a magnificent view of the mountains.
