Welcome to House Georgia, a 100 m² first-floor apartment in Panagia, Thassos. It is a spacious village apartment with sea and mountain views, private parking, and the center of Panagia just 2 minutes away on foot.
House Georgia is especially comfortable for families and groups who want more space than a typical holiday apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, so you can cook, eat, and relax together comfortably.
The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has a single raised bed above a desk area, and the third has a single bed. The sofa in the living room opens into a double sofa bed, and an extra folding bed is available on request. In total, the apartment can sleep up to 6 guests, plus 1 additional guest.
The beds in the bedrooms have orthopedic mattresses. The apartment also includes 1 bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, WiFi, Smart TV, satellite channels, Netflix, mosquito screens, and shutters on all windows and balcony doors.
One of my favorite parts of the house is the balcony, which wraps around 3 sides of the apartment. Outside, there is a table with chairs, and from there you can enjoy open views of the mountains, the sea, and the sunrise.
There is A/C, but Panagia’s mountain location helps the apartment stay naturally cooler, especially at night!
If you are coming by car, you will have 1 private parking space on-site, suitable even for larger vehicles. Golden Beach is just 4 km away, about 8 minutes by car, and Limenas port is 8 km away, about 12 minutes by car.
Pets are welcome at House Georgia. Please also note that the apartment is only accessible by stairs. A baby cot and high chair are not available, and the house is cleaned before your arrival, but not during your stay.

Cleaning
The house is cleaned upon arrival, and fresh towels and bed linens are provided.
Booking Deposit
30% of the total booking value is required to reserve the home. The remaining balance is payable at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 21 days or more before your arrival date, we'll refund your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation 20 days or less before your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded.
