Welcome to our spacious seafront apartment in the heart of Limenas, Thassos.

This 100 sq.m. three-bedroom apartment offers panoramic sea views and is ideal for guests who want to stay right in the center of town, with the sea, restaurants, cafés, shops, cultural sights, and the old port beach all within easy walking distance.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a three-story building on Avgoustou Theologiti coastal road. Please note that there is no elevator, so guests will need to use the stairs.

Its location is one of its greatest advantages. The entrance is on 18th of October Street, the main pedestrian street of Limenas, while the seafront is just on the other side of the building. You can step outside and immediately enjoy the lively atmosphere of the town, whether you are heading out for breakfast, dinner, a walk by the sea, or a visit to the nearby sights.

The Archaeological Museum of Thassos, the Ancient Agora, and the Church of Agios Nikolaos are only 100 meters away, while the organized beach near the old port is approximately 300 meters from the apartment.

The apartment has two separate balconies: one with panoramic views of the sea and coastal road of Limenas, and the other facing the main pedestrian street. They are perfect places to relax, people-watch, and soak up the everyday energy of the town.

Inside, you will find three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, one separate WC, and a living and dining area with a sofa bed for one additional guest. The apartment also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a smart TV for a comfortable stay.

There is no private parking at the property. Guests arriving by car can use street parking in the surrounding area or public parking lots within easy walking distance of the apartment.

For families with children, there is a small amusement park on the seafront nearby.
