Welcome to The Rose of Limenaria!
I’m Fotis, and together with my wife, we invite you to our home by the sea, a small collection of studios and apartments on the beautiful island of Thassos.
After years of dreaming and months of careful work, we finally opened our doors in September 2025. We hope you’ll find what you need here to truly relax and feel at home.
Why “The Rose”?
We chose this name because roses carry many meanings: beauty, warmth, and care. That is the spirit we want to bring to every part of your stay. Each studio and apartment offers a wonderful view of the sea, along with all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchenette, an orthopedic bed, Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like beach umbrellas you can borrow.
In the morning, you’re welcome to join us for breakfast between 8:30 and 11:30. If you prefer, we can prepare a picnic basket for the beach. Need help planning your day? Whether it’s a hidden cove for swimming, the best local taverna, or advice on renting a scooter, we are always nearby and happy to assist. We can also prepare a light lunch for you or stock your fridge with your favorite drinks if you’re arriving late.
You’ll find us just a 5-minute walk from the sea and only a short stroll from the heart of Limenaria. Free private parking is available for those arriving by car. In our garden, you can also find quiet corners to sit and simply enjoy doing nothing at all, which we believe is one of the best things to experience in Thassos.
If you need anything during your stay—perhaps a forgotten toothbrush or directions to a secret beach—please let us know. We believe true hospitality is found in the small details, and we’ll always do our best to make your holiday special.
