Melina Studios and Villa in Skala Potamia (built in 2011), are on the lower slopes of a green hill, close to the ring road that goes around the island. The location offers breathtaking views of the most famous beach of Thassos, surrounded by forest. The 2.5 Km long Golden Beach is within easy walking distance or a 3-min drive. This beach is the perfect place to relax in a picturesque environment, while kids play carefree on the fine sand.

Located away from traffic and noise, Melina Studios and Villa is the ideal choice for quiet summer holidays where you can enjoy the popular beaches and avoid the crowds. There is ample and secure free parking. Many restaurants and shops in the area provide a variety of services to make your holidays unforgettable on our beautiful island.

The property consists of two buildings. Each building has a 2-floor maisonette (which spans the 1st and 2nd floors) and a studio on the ground floor. You can rent them individually or entirely at a special price.
